Connecting Property Investment with Global Mobility

From 18 to 20 July 2025, we took part in the inaugural Global Property Expo Singapore at Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Organized by JLL, the event brought together property developers, investors and industry professionals to discuss international residential real estate.

As part of the program, Our Founder & CEO, Louissa Lavnea Thomas joined a panel on the relationship between property investment and global mobility. The discussion considered how international property decisions may fit into wider investment, lifestyle and family plans. Residency and citizenship options depend on the requirements of each jurisdiction and an individual’s circumstances.

The Expo featured projects from markets across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and North America. It offered a setting to exchange perspectives on cross-border property investment and the considerations involved in exploring opportunities abroad.
